Refund Conditions

1. Unused subscriptions

  • If you used fewer than 500 characters (including no usage), you may request a refund for this payment within 7 days of the charge.

2. Payment errors, fraud, technical issues

Refunds are available for charges made within the last 7 days if:

  • It is determined that your account was compromised and used fraudulently, or if you were charged by mistake.
  • You must contact us within 7 days of the disputed charge for us to issue a refund.
  • There is a verified service outage, duplicate billing, or reproducible platform-side technical failure.

Refunds will not be granted under the following circumstances

  • Partial refunds are not provided. If you’ve used more than 500 characters during a billing period and cancel your subscription, you will not be eligible for a refund.
  • We only review refund requests for the current billing cycle. Charges from previous billing cycles are not refundable.
  • Charges older than 7 days are generally not eligible for refund.
  • Issues caused by incorrect usage or failure to follow our guidelines.

  • Review Process: Our team will review your request and get back to you within 3 business days.
  • Refund Approval: If your refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Note: Repeated refund requests may be subject to additional review and account protection checks.
